UPS 2nd Day Air shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout according to the weight of your order. You will be able to check shipping charges before completing your order.
Your item is guaranteed to ship within 2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number.
Tax information:
We charge 8% sales tax to New York State residents only.
Return Policy:
We will accept returns of unused products within two weeks of receipt of our product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email orders@rozcoo.com within 2 weeks of receipt of item and we will send youa free return shipping label. Your account will be credited upon receipt for the retail price of your bag.
